Turnkey projects are projects that involve the complete delivery of a service or product tailored to the customer's needs. These projects typically encompass all processes from the initial stage to final delivery. In turnkey projects, the customer usually receives a ready-to-use product or service at the end, and during this process, steps such as project planning, design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning are typically carried out. In such projects, the customer often works with a single company or contractor, and the entire responsibility for the project is assumed by this company or contractor. This reduces the workload related to project management and coordination for the customer and allows for the management of the entire project from a single point.
